Interior

Sam designed this kitchen for a very small and awkward space in a beautiful archetypal Penzance townhouse.

The room was small and tapered in all directions, and the kitchen had to create a viable amount of storage as is required in a main residence. The style of the kitchen needed to respect the age and character of the overall building whilst also feeling contemporary. There was also a damp problem so we had to design a smart raised floor system that allowed air to constantly circulate around the floor and lower walls of the building with vents inbuilt in the cladding.

The kitchen, panelling and raised floor was fabricated and installed by Josh Davies
